Delete your account

HookScore supports self-service account deletion in the app and an email request channel for users who cannot sign in.

Delete in the app

1. Open HookScore and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Choose Delete account, then confirm the deletion.

Email request if you cannot sign in

1. Email penkin.yauhen@gmail.com from the email address used for your HookScore account.
2. Use the subject line "HookScore account deletion request".
3. We will confirm account ownership by email before deleting access and data.

You do not need to be signed in to send this email request.

Data deleted

• HookScore account identity and authentication access.
• Saved hook score history tied to the account.
• Daily analyzer usage records tied to the account.

Data that may be retained

We may retain records required for security, legal, abuse prevention, or operational obligations only for as long as needed.
